Bosgame M5 mini PC: AMD Ryzen AI Max 395 (Strix Halo, gfx1151), 128 GB LPDDR5X unified memory, ROCm 7.2.1. llama.cpp via kyuz0 amd-strix-halo-llm-finetuning Docker image, served by llama-server. Model is unsloth dynamic Q6_K_XL (31.8 GB on disk). Single-stream 512/512 via vllm bench serve at concurrency 1, 20 prompts. Median TPOT 18.80 ms (~53 t/s decode). KV cache quantized to q8_0. Same MoE on dual-3090 vLLM FP8 = 140 t/s output (2.78x faster), but M5 draws ~50-80W vs ~600W.
